Synopsis	An introduction to the Python Programming Language. This talk will not make you a proficient python programmer. It will however, give you a feel for the language and it's features. Hopefully it will inspire you to try it out. And if you do try it out, it will give you pointers on where to get more information.
Speaker Profile	Biju Chacko is a consultant and developer based in Bangalore. He has been active in the Indian Open Source community for several years and has been (at different times), ListAdmin and Webmaster of LinuxIndia, co-ordinator of Linux-Bangalore , a Manager of the Linux-India presence at IT.com '00 and a manager of LinuxBangalore/2001. Currently, his main Open Source activity is as a member of the development team of the XFce desktop environment.
