Synopsis	A bridge talk bringing together developers and corporate ISVs on the need for standards in distributions by Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and how the LSB addresses the issues. Also talks about the current state of the LSB, and how various Linux distributions are gearing up for compliance.
Speaker Profile	Kishore Bhargava is a technology consultant based out of New Delhi since 1985. His primary area of focus has been the conceptualization, installation and maintenance of the technology infrastructure of large, multi-locational organizations. He has assisted several global corporations, as well as non-governmental organizations in defining their technology roadmap and installing world-class solutions for their operations in India and elsewhere in the world. Several of these solutions are based on Opensource technologies and Linux. Kishore also assists organisations to train their staff in new technology areas, enabling them to enhance organisational efficiency and productivity. In addition, he has hosted several public seminars on the impact and likely effectiveness of future technologies. Kishore is an 'expert' contributor to several respected technology magazines and is also on the editorial board of one of them. An active member of the ILUG-Delhi and ILUG-Bangalore.
