Speaker Profile	Abrachan Pudussery B.E, DSM, PMP, CQA has eighteen years of experience in software development, quality management and project management. Started his career as a computer programmer and subsequently played the roles of Systems analyst, Project manager, senior project manager, Head – QA and Manager – Process Engineering. He worked for organizations such as HCL, FEC Singapore, OTE Muscat, Think Business Networks. At present he works at Novell Software Development (I) Private Limited, Bangalore, leading their software quality assurance efforts and ‘Pragati’ software process engineering tool development project. Has trained many in quality management (trainer for Crosby’s methods), CMM, Software size estimation and project management. Co-authored and delivered a tutorial on iterative software project management, at the SPM-ICON 2004, the international conference on practical project management, held at Bangalore. Has published several articles related software quality management. He was a member of the curriculum advisory committee of CIT (Coimbatore institute of technology), is a member of PMI, SPIN and SPI - SIG (software process improvement special interest group). Is one of the moderators of consultme group, mentoring project management and quality management professionals.
