Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) User Groups are what make the whole FOSS thing happen. These groups represent the first line of support to many people gteting in volved in the use of FOSS technologies and applications, and are also responsible for grassroot-level advocacy.

How does one do it right? How does one start and successfully run a User Group?

This track will allow user groups from across India and the world meet and exchange ideas, experiences, tips and tricks.
