Speaker Profile |
A graduate in Engineering from University of Mysore, has over
11 years of experience focussed on the embedded projects in
various domains like datacom, telecom and automotive.
Likes to work on Hardware Interfacing software like Device
drivers, Board level software, RTOS and protocols for the
embedded systems. Has engineered datacom products by
embedding linux and looks for opportunities to ease the
development of embedded software using Linux based
technologies. Some of my own Linux based solutions are:
- Adding JTAG support to Linux/gdb to debug and bringup
hardware platforms
- Pre-emptive scheduling environment in Linux user space
used for development and testing of real-time embedded applications
- User Mode Linux test bench for protocol testing and understanding linux in general.
