This is a talk of a novice in open source database...
All experience i gathered during the guideline drafting for open source database and the migration of oracle to postgre in motorola for a telecome product Docsis Device Manager.but it's not goin to say anything abt that.Still i'll share all my ideas,views,problems i faces and felt during this process. |

I am currently pursuing third semester in Master of technology in Computer Science at IIIT, Hyderabad.
As part of my curriculum I am working as a Project Trainee in Motorola India Electronics Ltd, Hyderabad from 15/6/2003
My most recent experience was “Migration of Oracle to Open Source Database” during the internship. I was responsible for the overall product design, including the performance analysis of Open Source Databases.
I’m a Good Team Player, Confident, Effective and an Efficient Communicator.
I will be glad to hear that I have been given an opportunity to prove my expertise in your seminar by sharing my experience i gained during the migration from oracle to open source.
