Universal Serial Bus (USB) is becoming a popular interface in many general purpose computers and embedded devices. Most of the embedded devices are coming out with USB Support. This presentation covers the latest developments in USB and USB on-the-GO, code walk through the mouse device driver and demonstration of how the mouse movements are captured in Linux sub system. This presentation will also cover USB electrical as well as data flow models, enumeration process and hot plug support. All the topics in this presentation are mainly discussed with the Linux perspective. |

Sebi Kumar is working as a Consultant in Embedded Systems Group of Talent Transformation,
Wipro Technologies, Bangalore. He has wide experience in many of the conventional real time operating
systems like VxWorks, Embedded Linux. His areas of interest are Linux Kernel Development,Embedded and Real time Applications. He was instrumental in developing curriculum for Embedded Linux at wipro.
